Backed by technical collaboration with leading materials schools of Hong Kong universities, UrbanMines provides customizable multicomponent systems including CoCrFeNiMn and FeCoCrNiMn, featuring high spheroidization rate and precisely controlled oxygen content.
Widely used in 3D printing and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) nearnet shaping for aircraft structural parts, gas turbine blades, and medical implants.
Using inert gas atomization and EIGA dual processes, UrbanMines supplies products in multiple size ranges such as 15–53 μm and 45–106 μm, with oxygen content tightly controlled at ≤ 0.13%, fully compatible with PBF laser melting, powder metallurgy HIP, and other processes.
